Works for me. My review with pics, measurements and additional nozzle size solution!
Upettools model A-1500, 40W, 1500 L/H. The printing on the box has both the brand Upettools AND Boxtech, and the label on the top of the pump itself says “Boxtech.” It seems to be a clone/knockoff of a more prominent brand, but that being said, and having only used it once so far, it seems a decent functional pump of good value. However, since quality control is always the issue with these items, you might end up with a perfect pump, or one that’s got problems. The quality control issue (slight defect) on my particular pump is:The female threaded discharge opening (into which the nozzles screw,) protrudes unevenly from the green case, which might prevent the nozzles screwing down sufficiently to be fully sealed. The pump and nozzles do not include any kind of rubber washer or gasket, so if there’s a gap, it’s not going to be sealed 100%. This does not impact me because I’m using a different solution for my nozzle:This 40W pump comes with 19mm, 22mm, and 25mm nozzles, but I needed a smaller, 13mm (1/2”) nozzle barb (which does come with their smaller, 25W version of this pump.) Luckily, I found a compatible “nozzle” very inexpensively, under a dollar, here in USA, at the major home improvement stores: Rain Bird brand sprinkler system has an adapter part with compatible male thread size and 1/2 inch nozzle barb. On Amazon, the part is https://www.amazon.com/Rain-Bird-SWGA050-Coupler-Fitting/dp/B000DCN8MCTechnically the thread is a tiny bit wider (0.5mm) than the included nozzles, but it screws down into the discharge opening perfectly. BUT because it does not have a lip, I’m using an appropriately sized rubber washer that seals the bottom of the adapter to the bottom of the discharge spout. The thread size of the nozzles the come with pump are 20mm (which basically matches a North American 1/2 inch “MPT” (male pipe thread) well enough.OPERATION: The pump operates just fine, is rather quiet, seems to have really good water flow. I’m not using it with the rubber suction cup feet, so I can’t comment on how well they work under water, but sticking them onto a dry surface by themselves, they seem to work great. (Bear in mind the stated 0.39" minimum level of water down to which the pump can drain is the level without using the suction cups. Uncompressed, the suction cups add about 8.8mm (0.35”) to the bottom of the pump. Fully compressed, they add about 3.7mm (0.15”) to the bottom.LASTLY:1) Some reviewers of this pump and others mentioned the lack of electrical grounding in pumps they received. The AC plug on this pump has a grounded prong, but I have not disassembled the pump to check whether it actually is correctly connected and grounded to the pump inside.2) If new, the pump should be in a plastic bag, with a separate, sealed plastic bag for the nozzles and suction feet. I mention this because earlier attempts to purchase a different brand pump on Amazon led to me being sent a clearly used pump which was missing parts, and did not include plastic bags. So if you receive a pump without plastic bags, it’s *not* new. Hope this helps!

its SOOOO CUTE.. just what i needed small yet powerful!!
Theres NOTHING at all i dislike about this tiny wittle little (basically sump pump).. i have 3 Flood trays in my basement.. height is a issue when using DE 630w CMH.. and only have 6.5ft from floor to ceiling point is theres NO ROOM to have anything to put under the trays or drain the trays... so i NEED a bottom sucking water pump to fit right in the the little drain area where drain holes are supposed to go.. but this thing.. fits right in that spot, sucks up that low level water that other pumps cant ... has OK sucking power for its size... has 1/4'' and 3/8'' i think..lol adapters... i cant even hear it on at all... not 1db... i mean NO NOISE... just sucking water... so it drained my trays all the way down to the best level it could which is just amazing.. I'm buying 2 more so all 3 of my drain trays will be drained all at the same time.. this is exactly what anyone who needs to drain run-off.. just get these.. and some line and T's.. and timers... and you got yaself a automated system to drain run-off ... DEFINITLY WORTH MY MONEY.. its not the strongest pump but to drain run-off... with light debrit.. and things youll be amazed....

RIP in 3 months.
Purchased in December 2024, Dead by March 13, 2025. This will likely be buried in the reviews. This is yet another inferior product on Amazon that keeps showing up in searches with 4 1/2 star ratings and always a sponsor. I hope my fish don’t die before the next poor quality pump shows up. Ugh, when will I learn not to buy from Amazon!?!

Runs 24 7 365 with no issues
I run this pump through a chiller in a hydroponic system. It only shuts off long enough for water changes and clean out. Otherwise it has been running constantly for over a year. I bought a spare just in case but haven't needed it yet. Good little pump especially for the price.

Discharge NOT threaded
Based upon other reviews, I expected this to have a threaded discharge. The pump comes with a number of various sized fittings for the discharge, but they are all interference fit versus threaded. As a result, I’m not sure this will fit my application.

I love this little 5W pump
I'm using this with my AC condensation catch basin. I tried two different SMALL condensation pumps that failed quickly. I paired this pump with a Repeat Cycle timer as a sump pump on a set schedule to drain the catch basin and it has performed well. The only drawback has been that the tubing attachments for this pump are odd sized, probably metric. I had to use 5/16" ID tubing to make it work, other than that I'm a happy camper.

Works great
I been using it to to drain water from a tub I have a air conditioner in since it leaks a lot of water daily, almost 2 gallons if not more, I have a small hose I bought for it that leads outside and all I have to do now is plug it in when I want to drain the tub, no more scooping it out with a cup and spilling water everywhere.Best part is that it leaves like almost 1/4 of an inch of water after draining and that's what I was looking for when buying a pump, to leave the least amount of water in the tub, I have the small version too.I had 1 fail on me already after 2 months but I'm not sure if it's completely clogged or if I broke it when I decided to clean the tub and pump by drenching it in alcohol to clean so most likely it was my fault. All in all for the price and the time and work it has saved me I think its absolutely worth it.
