How to use the Unicook Large Pizza Stone 24" ?
It is important to know that the pizza stone does not preheat and is not able to cook evenly. Preheat before placing on stone.
1. Place the pizza stone itself in the middle of the oven or grill and preheat at 260 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
2. Sprinkle flour or cornmeal over the stone to create a non-stick surface.
3. Put both stones and pizza back to the grill or oven, close the grill lid and cook pizza for 10-12 minutes.
