Can you put these in a sterilizer?

No, I would not put these in a sterilizer. Just wash with warm soapy water and dry them. I have other silicone items (bowls, cups, teethers from other brands too) All if them recommend just washing by hand with soap but not soaking or sterilizing. Not sure if the top rack of the dishwasher is safe.
