Great laptop (and desktop).
What I really wanted was a new desktop. But I couldn't find a PC with the features I wanted, at least not one I could afford. This laptop does have those features, so I have made it my desktop. I attached a mouse, full-size keyboard, and a 27" monitor. I use it on battery for a while each day to keep the battery healthy for when I want to use it as a laptop. Meanwhile, I have the feel of a desktop with the multimedia features and mobility of a laptop.

Good
Easy set up. Works well and fast. Battery life is not the best. I feel we have to keep it plugged in CONSTANTLY in order for my kids to homeschool. That's my only complaint.

Great laptop for accounting field.
The media could not be loaded. Best gift ever for my husband! He absolutely loves it. The number pad on the side is a total game-changer for his accounting work and studies - it's made his tasks so much faster!The laptop itself is sleek, lightweight, and super fast. The battery life is impressive, and the touchscreen is incredibly responsive. Great price and quality
Set the laptop up today. It went really easy. Runs great and works better than expected. I've always liked hp products and will continue to be a customer of theirs. The keys feel nice when typing. Screen picture is sharp and clear.

Bad display color
The monitor display color was too blue. There was a setting to calibrate it, but the corrected calibration would not save but returned to the original after I exited the settings. I tried getting help from HP, but their customer support is atrocious! I spent perhaps an hour trying to get help, but the only support they offer is through AI, and if the problem is not one of their stock problems, there is no way to chat or speak with a live person.

Nice HP, but came with a few hiccups
Arrived in great shape and has been operating as expected. Reasons I give it a 4 were slow to actually hand the shipment over to Fed Ex. They created a shipping label and it sat for 5 days. Second, the computer was to have come with Office installed, and it didn't. There was a business card with a QR code to get a copy of Office from some sketchy 3rd party.
