Hi Larry, Yellow rice by nature is not really flavored. It’s meant more for recipes and color. Some brands DO flavor theirs if you’re planning on a quick side dish. This brand does put in some tiny dried prices of peppers, but all in all this brand is made to add it to your own recipe so it doesn’t compete with your flavors and spices. It’s not supposed to have flavor, just color. Now you can have a different dish every time!
