HobbyPrint A4 Sublimation Printer Bundle - WF-2110W Sublimation Kit.

Printer was working great until re filling ink, then it wouldn’t read the cartridge. Contacted the company who talked me through all the troubleshooting which didn’t work and they sent out a full set of replacements even though it was only one needed the next day. Very helpful and very speedy resolving my issue. And excellent printer, very easy to use, great prints. Good value

Good printer but as you put the refill cartridge in the ink is totally different it comes out a totally different colour. I think if you got the proper refill it would be OK. I would recommend buying it but don't yous the refill bottles .

After a few problems getting the printer to recognise the inks. The seller was amazing with suggestions and remedies and in the end they replaces the item. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help. Needless to say all of the family have now got personalised mugs! I love it
