Needless to say that taking vitamins in liquid form is much easier to swallow than the pills which can have different shapes and sizes and also some are less slippery then others.This vitamin shot has a nice presentation and it is different to what I've come across before in the sense and that the bottle comes with a powder dispenser which needs to be pressed so that the powder form vitamins dispense into the liquid below.I didn't read instructions straight away, until I realized that there was something odd about the lid and that's when I found out the vitamins are inside the dispenser.Pressing down on the dispenser was a bit difficult on some of the bottles and not quite piercing all the way through to fully release the powder.The liquid has a pleasant fruity taste, which I sometimes even add to my glass of squash.The dose of vitamin B12 is quite high so it would probably be a smart decision to first ask your local GP if these will help your particular case.

I ordered these as I often struggle to get myself going and focused on work in the mornings. I also hate swallowing vitamin tablets (why are they always so big?!).These liquid shots have a mild fruit flavour that I find quite pleasant. They are a bit fiddly to prepare, although I don't necessarily mind that as it's pretty quick to do, and still better than swallowing a tablet. Once you have taken the outer plastic cap off, you have to press another plastic piece down into the vial, which releases a powder into the liquid below. This part is quite tricky to do as it's pretty stiff. I have to press down hard on a firm surface in order to do it.Now that I've had a few days worth, I am really questioning whether the sheer amount of packaging is worth it. A bottle, and two types of plastic lid that I'm sure aren't easily recyclable, seems very excessive for a daily vitamin shot. For that reason alone I would not order these again.
