Q: The red light keep bleeping,water tabk is full but the machinw won’t work,I have tried the troubleshooting guide but still not working

if it is new remove the water tank and check that there isn't a plastic membrane on the outlet of the tank or stuck in the inlet of the machine

Q: My green ready light goes off when i turn to steam, sometimes comes back on again after a few seconds? How long should it take to heat frothy milk?

When starting to froth milk after bringing the steam up to temp you will find coffee machines temprature slightly drop. Similar when you start the coffee-making process. And it's time to turn off the steam and to stop frothing the milk when the milk jug is too hot to touch. Too much steaming and frothing the milk will overheat it and you'll lose the milk's sweetness.

Q: I have this machine, it's great but the manual is basic. After each cup I make, some steam is emitted is this normal, its not mentioned in manual?

Hello , thank you for contacting us. Steam is always emitted into the drip tray after each coffee to release the pressure build up. This is entirely normal and happens with most classic machines. You have to make sure the ready light comes on in between making coffee to allow this to happen. You also need to make sure that the drip tray is in the correct position to collect the water and steam to avoid any leaks, this is the source of complaints about leakage, but it is a normal process.

Q: I’ve bought this for my husband but i’m not a coffee drinker so not sure what type of coffee to buy? eg. beans/espresso/cafetière/filter/percolator?

You can use beans and grind them yourself in the supplied grinder or you can buy ready ground coffee. Beans are cheaper usually. (In Europe anyway) The type of beans makes an amazing difference. It is a journey to find the beans you prefer.
