Q: How wide is the grill?

Grill area is 30 inches wide. Smoke box 13 inches wide. Width is 17 inches. Total cooking space including the smoker box is 800 square inches.

Q: How easy is it to clean ashes out of the main grilling area? Looks like there is a removable pan. Is it difficult to remove and replace?

It's an easy clean, but we just vacuum the ashes out

Q: Should this come with a Grease trap container? Mine did not.

No it did not. There was a tray however in the long side. Because it isn’t very insulated I use lots of foil to line bottom and that catches the drippings.
