Get in shape
This was a perfect item for my Mom, she an older women, and do not want to go to the gym. It is light weight. Easy to assemble, and easy to use. Now she can still get some exercise while sitting. Adjustable setting. It also comes with the exercising band, which is also great when sitting

good product, yet there is room for improvement.
Its w good tool that will get the job done. this is my second pedal fitness tool of this kind. I gave the other to my daughter. the meter on my old one started to shut off when i pedal for a longer period of time so i decided to try a new product. overal this product is nicer looking and seems a bit more durable, but the meter is the one area I was disappointed. the meter is not registering my pedals at all, but I use my stop watch now anyway for tracking my progress. but the meter also could have a more secure snap into position as it can come out for you to change the battery. otherwise it will definitely work get the job done. hopefully they improve on the meter in upgrades eventually. also the instructions could have use information on the resistance adjuster.

Exactly as advertised
This offers me the opportunity to get movement into my day without irritating my injured knee. It is quiet and very easy to use. And an added bonus, you can find free workout videos on You Tube to help you get started and set up a routine. I recommend it to anyone.

Hard to keep still
I struggle with this because it moves a lot when I am trying to exercise. It was easy to put together and is built sturdy it just doesn’t stay still when I’m trying to use it.
