Works perfect for my momcozy m5 pros. Has really helped me in my pumping journey. The just slide inside the silicone falange and you're good to go. Can cause some leakage if milk gets around the edges but other than that, great.

These seems to be too long for my m5 pump which is frustrating since it's a Momcozy brand pump. When I tried to pour milk out it seems to be stuck and I had to remove the insert in order to empty it. Should've spent 1/2 the price the order the generic brand. The insert that came with momcozy m5 is on the left, the one purchased is on the right. Not sure if this was a mistake or what.
