Source Naturals Phosphatidyl Choline, in Lecithin 420 mg Dietary Supplement - 90 Softgels

I have been very pleasantly surprised by these. I used to take the Nature's Way choline tabs, but I have found these to be notably more effective.I had begun to assume that any form of choline was just about as effective, as I had previously tried Alpha-GPC which is often touted as the "best" form of choline. Personally, I noticed no difference whatsoever between regular choline and AGPC. Between choline and this, however, there is a marked difference. I seem to be more focused, clearer-headed, and able to more fully enjoy the effects of my assortment of nootropic compounds - most of which function by increasing the brain's sensitivity to choline.As far as physical details go, the softgels are multivitamin-sized (about the total volume of a whole almond) with a pleasing amber color and no strong odor. I've had no issues with them sticking together or breaking open, either.I take two of these in the morning with my DMAE and Phosphidatyl Serine, along with a little yerba maté, and I'm energetic and sharp all day. Piracetam is a good compound to take with this as well!

I have used another version of this supplement before but it was liquid and messy. I wasn't sure the capsules would work, but they do. That mind fog seems to clear up when I take this. I know it sounds crazy, but it works. I love it.

Each gel cap had a sticky oily film on the outside which when you put them into a pill box gets in the box and makes everything stick together.

This has no weird or bad side effects for me. I am just all around a bit smarter and happier when I am taking this. I tend to read more and think more and am able to articulate better when I take this. Everyone's body chemistry is different, what works for one does not work for others... I tried some ginsengs and other supplements and had some bad reactions & anxiety... I think I am just very sensitive to things... but this just makes me feel good. I am so glad I tried it. I will never stop taking it.

First, let me just say that I've always loved "Source Natural" products, but unfortunately, this product isn't for me. I thought that it would have more effect on my system than it did, but this form of choline just isn't as effective with my body as a liquid (or dissolved) form. I did try to break the capsules & dilute it myself, but that's just plain nasty, (no matter what I tried to mix it with), lol. So, I will still buy / support Source Natural products, I just won't buy this form of choline from them anymore. ;-)

Seemed to help with my digestive issues (in the form of bile production), and also seems to give me a little metal kick (bonus!). I found myself able to concentrate more/longer at work and have less trouble focusing throughout the day. O take 1 pill in the morning and another in the afternoon. The pills are quite large, but surprisingly not that hard to swallow. Will purchase again!

I purchased this as part of a regimen for doing a two week liver cleanse. I can't really speak to any specific thing this supplement did over all the others I took. After the cleanse I felt quite a bit more energetic. I plan to finish the bottle. I was impressed by what I've read about this supplement in terms of how it can help brain function and your liver.
