Adapted this for ...............
I use this to adapt the battery powered transfer pump in a 30 Gal. gas caddy. This does away with the hand crank which suked anyway. Once the fluid is up to the pump at the bottom of the transfer pump by plunging it into the fluid until it is up to the pump. It works perfectly sucking the fuel to with in a inch of the bottom. Y=That is if the fluid is below the pump. It the fluid lever is already above the pump. The fluid automatically rises to the pump. A heat gun to soften up the tubing so it would stretch and fit over the pump and a tie stray is all. 3 Gal. a minute.

This siphon will come in handy.
I bought this siphon for any emergency trail side fuel exchange. The quality and price are perfect for the one moment. Simple to use with no leaks. This siphon is long enough to reach from one car to the next. It is made of a durable material. Great to have in case of those no fuel moments. Usually by others who have impacted my ride due to their negligence and lack of planning. Recommended for anyone roaming the dirt roads and back woods.

Great product but need to replace hose
I have had more than 10 of these and it’s the only way to go and keep things clean. This newer one has a very soft hose that kinks and restricts flow. Other then this is an old school great product
