I have to say I'm very satisfied with the purchase. These laptops are renewed and not stacked with so much crap that it takes forever for them to open ands start. Just the operating system. I had originally purchased a Dell 7400 about four months ago from another company. I was not as happy with that purchase. The battery was just completely banged up and I had to end up ordering a new battery and replacing it myself. However, this company here was a lot better written instructions included for the step by step process for the startup of the computer. Also, a small recommendation that any issues whatsoever please give them a call and there was a number to contact them. Even though this computer that I purchased had half of the SSD that the other computer had this seemed to be just as fast and opened quicker and logged on faster. Additionally, it appeared that this company also 3D prints their own skins because the top of this computer was a carbon fiber and I'm sure that was not included in the original Dell 7400. I did call the number just to see if someone would answer and immediately got an operator that was willing to help me with whatever issue that I was having, I would purchase from this company again.

I am thrilled with the quality and functionality of this "refurbished" laptop.I will be a return customer!

These ARE excellent computers and I have purchase several laptops through Amazon, though this was the first from this particular seller. The computer itself was placed into a box with no padding, and that box was in a larger Amazon box again with not padding of any kind.The physical condition of the laptop was good, but when I checked the battery in the BIOS it reported the condition was only "Fair" (every other laptop I've purchased the battery was shown as "Excellent"). So I spent $30 on a new battery for the laptop.The computer came with a password on it that I didn't know what it was, but as I was going to reinstalled Windows 10 on it anyway so that wasn't a big deal for me.Overall even with the battery it's a pretty good deal, though I would worry about a laptop sloshing around during transport and needing a new battery.

Left speaker doesn’t work.

I'm pleasantly surprised by the condition of this renewed laptop. I've had Dell computers for 20+ years, so I knew I was getting another one (mostly to be able to use my old laptop power cords at this point). I wanted a new enough model to support Windows 11, but old enough that it still had physical mouse buttons. This model checked the boxes. I've been using it for a week and and very happy.If anything changes, I'll write an update.

My Dell Latitude 7400 Laptop is working well for home/personal use. The set-up directions were easy to follow.

The listing description specifically stated that this laptop was the black carbon fiber modle.I was very frustrated when it showed up and was the brushed aluminium version.
