Is a wiring diagram included for simultaneous vs non simultaneous?

If I remember correctly no wiring was provided. I simply copied the wiring pattern my water heater came with the prior thermostat that burnt out.

This looks the same as mine on my Whoolpool 2006 , does anyone know if this fits the 40 gallon tank
