The item arrived by the stated date. That was good! Inside the box was the cooker hood and a plug - sadly not a UK connection. There was supposed to be a second plug (UK connection), some screws and a manual. There was something rattling around inside the hood but no way of getting it out. I had a good on-line chat with the Amazon technician but he/she could find no way of getting into the hood from the manufacturer"s information. Very disappointing. I am looking for a different make now.
