Yes, just make sure to take a good look at how the interior parts fit together right when you get the casing open because the spring can send them all flying if you're not careful. Other than that it's pretty simple to reverse the latch.

This lock uses a skeleton key. I believe one of these should do the trick "Lucky Line 87202 Skeleton Keys".
