Great umami without salt
Great product to add to cooking and lessen salt. Bizarre that it's suddenly unavailable in supermarkets and shops near me.

High quality however absurd use instructions
This seems to be a high quality product as always from Clearspring, however the use instructions are ridiculous and seem to be to make it seem better value (?) than it is.When making kombucha you’ll usually use around 20g - 30g per litre of stock you wish to make. Clearspring instructs just 1g for a litre (and their website says 2g).Out of curiosity I tried it but was left with unflavoured water…I hope Clearspring updates this to a more accurate Instruction.Kombu is not native to the UK so this is a premium product and this packet is one to two uses at the most (assuming it’s being used to make dashi).
