I use this for tight muscles and tendons. There isn’t a guide or anything but it is pretty easy to use for anyone. The case is a nice touch. I like this better than stones that break so easily. This will last a lifetime.

I used to practice massage therapy and picked this little tool up recently for some general hand therapy for myself. Not all tools are created equal, but the weight and comfort of this tool are worth the price.

The edges are pretty much like a butter knife if not a bit sharper. Not as round as it looks on the product images. You can tell the edges were not rounded smooth and where it was sharpened to be reduced. Noticed after trying to use it once my hands would hurt from holding the edges cause they are a bit too sharp. Overall is not as satisfactory as other tools I've used before. Hoping its not the same experience for other buyers, but be ware it can be a bit sharp.

I used this once a week on my back & my arms. I work a physical job and I am recovering from a car accident. It helps tremendously. I use with Lubriderm lotion. Use it going one direction until you start to get red and then stop. You don’t need a lot of pressure. Do it a few times a week but wait between days. Drink lots of water on the days you use this. It’s loosening up on your muscle juice to help them move around more.Cons:I don’t love the weird brown felt case. I think it’s ugly. But the tool does the job! Recommend!
