Q: Would this hold two 32inch tv’s?

[Disclaimer, I have not attempted to mount a TV with this stand]. Each arm can hold 17.6 lbs in weight. I have two 32" MONITORS mounted with this stand--it is very sturdy, and it has elbows that tightly lock monitors into most positions. If your TVs each weigh less than17.6 lbs AND have the standard screw mount positions on the back of the TVs, then I believe there is a good chance you could mount TVs with this stand.

Q: If my monitor is over 17.6lbs can i tighten the arms to the point that the stand will still support my heavier screen?

Hello, we are sorry to tell you that this arm could not suport your monitors which is over 17.6 lbs. We recommend our ELTGM03-2 dual monitor arm for you, it has wider adjustable range with longer arms, and the MAX load is 19.8 lbs. Q: How much clearance (desk overhang) is needed for the clamp on the underside of the desk?

Only a couple of centimeters is needed for the actual mount to desk. The arm it self may hit the wall though if right on the bare minimum clearance
