How do you heat the stones?

You can use a crock pot, but I bought a digital heater specifically designed to heat massage stones. It gives you much better control.

I am having a hard time finding the correct sized stones? Could you take a pic of the stone atop a regular CD??

How long do these hold heat for?

About 5 minutes in use. Not as long as I’d like. I keep mine in a crockpot on low heat for use.
