Product does not work. Fail. All 3x cartridges error messages won't pick up. This product is not fit for purpose.

The cartridges have a design flaw. Only managed to print 2 and wasted all 3 cartridges due to this error. There is only a little lip for the photo paper to come through which if it doesn’t pass this then it hits the wall edge hence the “Fail to pick pick up paper message”. Kodak need to increase the lip where the paper feeds out by a mm or lower the side wall by a mm or so. Otherwise this will keep happening. Its not the machine not printing but the cartridges lip opening and wall edge. 50/50 if the paper feeds through and continues to print. Which is a gamble not knowing if it will or won’t. Kodak needs to redesign the cartridge opening

This printer started off ok. But after a while I Keep getting pictures like this. It spits the image out and prints one colour, then it doesn’t take it back in to print the next colour, and when it does take it back in, it’s too late and only prints the second colour over the top. Making it useless. I must of had 2 full cartridges of this. I refuse to keep trying. You get about 1 picture in 10 that looks good. Cheaper to go to snapfish.
