This piece is very well made, sturdy and has top quality casters. The fabric is strong, great color and seems as if it will hold up well.

The wheels come off, some review said they didn't... or maybe it was an answer to a question... anyways, get a phillips head screwdriver and pop those suckers off if you aren't looking for that height or rolling function. I've been sitting on it for a couple months as a seat for my computer and I am about 285 with a bad habit of sitting cross-legged. Barely a squeak, and only the first couple times as it settled after assembly. Thing is built well enough, but not very comfortable. I suspect even as a long term foot rest you may need a new pillow cover for it. Since I think most people just use it as temporary seating or a 'coffee table' using a tray, this isn't so much a problem as a minor setback, but then... I can sew. The color is nice, and doesn't seem to rub off or fade easily and the feet were stained under the wheels so they pop right off and match. The zipper underneath where the legs are stored for shipping is decent enough quality and a large enough space that small Christmas gifts could easily be stored here, or snacks, or... get creative, just nothing too heavy because it's a thinner fabric.

Decided to do an update on my review. I LOVE THIS PIECE!!! It is my second favorite purchase for my place. The company sent me a set of 4 wheels to replace the ones I got and so far so good. Great customer service!I love love love my new ottoman. The style and color was perfect for my new place. Shipping was easy altho my package did arrive with a whole the ottoman was not damaged. The only downside is the wheels. Literally within a week one of my wheels broke off. The co sent a replacement which was great. However while waiting for it to arrive another wheel started to loosen then eventually broke off so I am back to having one broken wheel. I am afraid to say that this is the defect or the fault in this style. Love it otherwise. Quite pricey to have it not be better made.

I Really love this ottoman....I made some decorating changes to my living room and I started with the ottoman and also an area rug, that I purchased from Amazon as well as pillow covers for the sofa. I Really enjoy watching tv and relaxingwith all the changes I have made..(I think I got oneOf three they had left) I am glad I didn't wait..because I recently checked and this color is nolonger available..

This is a very well made ottoman, and it looks beautiful in my living room. The only word of caution I would give is that it was very difficult for me to get the right shade of gray. The colors in the pictures looked lighter than they did on the actual ottoman, and I wanted a very light gray. I ended up having to order three different ottomans in three different colors before I got the right color. However, the return process was super easy. So that shouldn’t keep anyone from ordering, IMHO. I actually ended up keeping two out of the three, because one of the “ wrong” colors looked nice in a different room.
