Does exactly what it says
Have just painted the whole kitchen in this and yes it does exactly what it says. No more condensation running down the walls when cooking and the walls are noticeably warmer to touch. Didn’t notice any paint smell after either which was a bonus in my book and it dried fairly quick.Yes it is thick to paint on and if using a brush you may get lines, I applied two coats on my kitchen walls and don’t notice paint lines unless you look very closely.Yes it is expensive for 2.5L but I would say well worth it. I did apply this after using the dry zone mould eliminator and sanitiser as well.

Amazing.
According to my partner. We had damp corners where the sun doesn't shine much and very prone to condensation, which can lead to mould. So decided to give tis a go. Waited until the wall was dry enough, then painted over, this is thick enough that it doesn't drip much, so super easy to control. The corner on our walls have remained bone dry since. Of course we also use a dehumidifier to bring down the humidity when drying clothes or what not. This product is quite pricey for the amount you get but we think it is worth the money and if we can we will paint all our walls and ceiling with it. Thats how much we hate condensation.

Sceptical but now a believer
As a property maintenance company we come across plenty of properties that have mould, condensation & water ingress issues. We have been baffled by a particular property that we couldn’t understand the reason for the amount of condensation. After a lot of thought & rather sceptically we decided to try this product from dry zone. I read the reviews & after deliberation I decided on giving this a go. As previous reviews state not the best product to apply. We applied this to a particular area that was creating a lot of condensation where we had fitted new wall cabinets. After taking down the cabinets we noticed because of the coldness a build up of mould spores that was starting to effect the cabinets, we tried dry zone anti condensation paint & I’m pleasantly shocked to say that we have noticed a distinct difference in temperature to the wall where we have applied this. You really can tell the difference in wall temperature. I’m quietly confident that this is going to have a great impact on this troublesome area. Is it the magic bullet, time will tell but 4 stars based on what I can see so far. I definitely recommend this product & as far as I can see the price point is high but based on paints such as farrow & ball etc well worth it & not ridiculous. I bought 2.5l & because of the reviews didn’t think the coverage was going to be that good but was also pleasantly surprised. Coverage was approx 8m2. Anyone purchasing this product that has an issue with condensation will not be disappointed although with the caveat long term results remain to be seen. Fingers crossed but optimistic.

Use normal paint first!!
You are best to paint walls first in white as this product is more like a treatment than a traditional paint. It is very thick like whipped mousse. Do not use to colour over bare or coloured walls, it will take too many coats and look really patchy. On the up side it dries very fast, and doesn't smell too strong.

It was worthy every penny!
It works perfectly in wet walls. I definitely recommend it.I need to say you need to use a lot of product for a good job. One can was just enough for one wall in a doble size bedroom, but, my problem disappeared completely. I have a no-windows facing north wall, it doesn't receive any sun during the year so it wake it very cold and humid. Specially during autumn and winter it was a very very wet wall, perfect environment for growing mold all arround. I covered with this paint and over it an antimould paint. I purchased this product Jan 2024 (1 year and 3 months ago) and since then I didn't have condensation or mould again. All my problems are gone.

Time will tell
Just cleaned up the mouldy patch and applied - I won't know the real effect of this product until next winter. If this works as promised, it's well worth the price for not having to deal with the mould again but I cannot tell right now, hence 4 star for now. Very thick consistency means it doesn't spread as easily and not a smooth finish (surface) as many reviewers mentioned so I am thinking of giving it an extra coat with regular paint for a smoother/even finish. I used mostly a brush then a small roller. A regular size roller would soak up a lot of paint (and a litre is not a lot) and I did not want to waste it but roller does give it a better looking/even finish because of consistency of the paint.
