Great buy for the gym
I’ve had these gloves for about a month now. I don’t use them everyday but a couple times a week. They are pretty comfortable and they work great for weight lifting. I also practice calisthenics and they do the job quite well, very good grip. I would say these are true to size, make sure to really check the chart and measure out your hand before you buy.Update:As mentioned before I (and my boyfriend) calisthenics, and we both have the same Adidas gloves just different sizes. We had to get new pairs bc we were blistering through the gloves. It’s just very thin specially for pull ups, muscle ups, front levers are very grip heavy and there’s a lot of friction so it wasn’t doing the trick for us. If you do other things like deadlifts stuff like that, they’re amazing! I actually still use them for those type of things but just for pull ups, muscle ups etc we got different pairs.

Quality
I would buy them again, they are of excellent quality and protect your hands very well, they also have a good grip to manipulate the gym machines

Not strong enough the second time around
Second time buying them, I lost one of the gloves thats why I had to buy it again, however the second time around it didn’t seem to be as strong. There was thread reeling out between the fingers after a few uses and washes

Decent Gloves, but Could Use More Padding
These adidas training gloves are decent overall. I really like the pull tabs—they make it super easy to take the gloves off after a workout, which is a small feature that makes a big difference. That said, I was hoping for a bit more padding. They offer some protection, but not quite enough for heavier lifting or longer sessions. If you’re doing light workouts, they’ll probably be fine, but for serious weightlifting, they fall a little short.Good quality, just wish they had more cushion where it counts.

They've been great
I got these black workout gloves for the gym, and they’ve been great. They provide a good grip, protect my hands during weightlifting, and feel comfortable even during long workouts. The fit is snug but flexible, and the material seems durable. Definitely a solid addition to my gym gear.

Wore two pairs to death. Would recommend.
I may be a bit of an outlier in the reviews as I didn’t use these for weightlifting; I used them to keep my cane and then crutches from wearing blisters into my palms. As a heavy person (close to 300 pounds) who used mobility aids full time until recently to assist with weight bearing on a bad hip, this was a real issue for me and these solved it at an affordable price. If the second pair had lasted longer I would give them a solid five stars. My first pair definitely lasted longer than my second pair with no real difference in use. The part that went out for me was the strap/velcro on both pairs— the actual grip part stayed solid through multiple hand washes and near-daily use. They were very comfortable and I found the size guide to be spot on.Thankfully, I no longer need them but I would recommend them if you need a little extra grip in the summer or time to build calluses with mobility aids— and considering that at one point I was doing a good 90% weight bearing on crutches due to a second injury, I imagine they’re solid to use for the intended use of weight lifting too!
