Why has she not written more books and made a dairy free keto website?
I cannot express enough how much I love this book. Keto is the only thing that has ever worked for me, but I have a dairy allergy and am borderline for Celiacs. So, dairy, or no wheat products in any amount is just my reality. Now add no sugar, or no starchy stuff. This leaves meat, some vegetables, and a few fruits. My options are severely limited. Salad dressing? Sauces? Recipes beyond plain grilled/baked/fried/steamed food that I season always have to be modified. It is AMAZING to read a whole book full of recipes I don’t have to change/modify. So many amazing ideas. More books please! How about a website? I am going through this whole book recipe by recipe!

Great recipes - no pictures
I've tried several of these recipes and they have all turned out great. The only downside is that there are no pictures of any of the recipes in this book. Most of the cookbooks I buy these days have that & I've come to rely on that to help me find recipes to try that look appetizing & to make sure they turn out. It isn't a dealbreaker with this book because the recipes do turn out so good but even a few pictures would have been nice.

Dairy Free Keto exactly what i was looking for!
Many recipes that i have copied to use a lot to keep my husband and i well fed. And i will venture out and serve many of these dished to our friends for i believe food is our best medicine! Thanks for sharing your gift to help keep us healthy.

Some Ok Recipes
Some recipes are worth trying. Many, though, are not worth the price of the book.

Dairy-Free Ketogenic May Be the Secret...
There are several things I found interesting or beneficial in this cookbook. A few improvements, as well, would help users.First, the good points:For each item (including sauces) the author provides estimated Prep Time; Cook Time; whether it is a one pot item; total time; easy to read list of ingredients; instructions; tips regarding ingredients and variations. At the bottom for each dish or entree, is a per serving analysis of macronutrients.There are some items that, frankly, do not appeal to my taste. That, however, is not important.Improvements that should be considered:For spice the author seems unaware of how white pepper can so enhance such items as "Dad's Sausage Gravy" which would take what looks like a great variation on the old-fashioned original. The white pepper, I believe, would really enhance this gravy. This one variation, btw, on my favorite breakfast meal, made my purchase of this book a satisfying investment.Formatting is a bit of an issue with this book. Not enough to make a big deal, but enough to note.Lastly, a few more photographs of the finished dish would help.BOTTOM LINEDespite the minor, every minor, shortcomings, I am recommending this book to anybody struggling with weight loss. Despite all my efforts, I have been staying within the same rage now for two years. Wonderful cookbook!
I follow Jessica (and Vern) on instagram and even though I don’t eat dairy free, I decided to get her cookbook. I am so glad I did! I can’t wait to try many of the recipes...especially the chocolate bacon!

This book is filled with lots of wonderful flavorful recipes! I love that I can still follow a keto diet with my dairy allergy.
