Resident Evil 2 The Board Game: Survival Horror Expansion

Not too complex to learn, a bit much to set up, but ultimately a very fun board game.Steamforged don't always make the most polished games (you'll find yourself going to Reddit to try and find resolutions to certain scenarios and nuanced encounters, as well as some typos here and there) but I will say that we've had a hell of a lot of fun with Resi 2 board game!

Incredible, if you are a fan of Resident Evil, you’ll love this.

The game itself is fantastic. There's lots of content included in the base game and it's loads of fun to play. The scenarios are nearly 1:1 recreations of the actual videogame so it's very faithful to the original RE2. The downsides are that a couple of the rules could be a tiny bit clearer but this doesn't ruin the experience and the SFG team do actually respond to rules questions on their social media. The biggest letdown is that if you want a "complete" experience then you'll be a little disappointed as some of the expansions were extremely limited edition or limited to Kickstarter and are hard to track down (there's one that adds the crocodile, one with crows and one with the giant moth from the original RE2). Overall though, I highly recommend this boardgame.
