Received in a nicely packaged box. Instructions clear. I took out the water saver just to see what it was like. Wow! What an invigorating shower! It was just a bit strong since there is no way to control the flow, its on or off. Took it off and put the water saver back in place. The water saver made the shower nice - sort of makes one wish for a shower volume between the two. Kinda makes sense to put in a valve between the shower head and neck and go without the water saver. The only negative, if at all matters, is the light plastic brass looking body. When handled it feels cheaply made. When mounted, it doesn’t really matter, looks good. The shower head works great and can recommend, especially the lower price as compared to others for sale.

had a very weak shower head that I thought was a well pump problem but this shower head has a great flow and a lot more pressure with the same well pump.

This shower head sucks. It's like a mist. I was freezing while taking a shower because hardly any water came out. Worst shower ever. Thank god I saved my old shower head. It was clogged up from the hard water I have. I soaked it in this chemical called CLR and was able to unclog it. Took a shower with the old head and it was unbelievable! We are talking 10 times the water pressure and amount. Stupid California making us buy a water saving head. If you live in California, save your old shower head. Look for used ones at thirft stores and garage sales. And the worst part? I can't even return this worthless thing.

I absolutely love this showerhead. It’s a strong and even flow, and it was exactly the right color as well.
