Bought this for tight knots behind my neck to use while I'm work. Works well, but not amazing. Biggest thing is that my hair or clothing will roll into it and then I got to pull it out. Makes a noise while rolling so not super relaxing. If you press too hard it doesn't roll. Works better on my legs after a work out especially around my knees. Its nice to take with you, especially since I use a rolling pin to roll out my muscles after a work out and that's not very portable.

I have been suffering from a horrible case of Fibromyalgia for the last six and a half years. Recently, I started seeing this awesome Occupational Therapist (its not about working because I can't work) who gave me different tools to use during excruciating pain. One suggestion was to buy a ball to massage my back, but she didn't specify which kind. I was so fortunate to find this lovely roller ball. The key is to use it on the painful spot for only 90 seconds at a time. Otherwise you will overwork the muscle. And never, ever, ever use it to DIG! Digging causes deeper pain. This lil guy fits perfectly into my tiny hand. I'm a very happy customer.

I love these rollers so much. I have an injured neck and shoulder and using this product helps eliminate tension that builds up throughout the day. It doesn't seem like it would help much because of the simplicity of the design but this roller ball is great for aching muscles. This product is also great in that it is easy to use. Giving massages is really strenuous on your arms, hands and fingers and this helps so much because it does not take much effort to use. It's also great for bringing circulation into hands and feet. And as always shipping was quick and it came well packaged.

I am so happy I found this roller ball. It works wonders for my sciatica pain caused my soft tissue damage and scar tissue from a back reconstruction. My husband used to have to massage the muscles of my thigh and hip area, with this I can work on that area myself and it has kept my pain levels down. The convenience of being able to elevate the pain areas myself has greatly improved my daily life.

This is a great roller and even comes with a velcro pad so it will stick to the floor (I'm guessing) I had seen an item like this in a different store but they wanted $20 for just one. I am so glad I found one on here. It fits nicely in hand and rolls smoothly.

This is a nice massage roller that you could use on yourself or have someone else use on you. The ball moves really easily, and its size and weight make it very packable. We got this as a massage tool to help during labor at the hospital.

I bought this for my wife's stocking. I used it on her for the first time yesterday. She said to give it four stars because it's not as good as a hand massage. But I have to give it five stars because I can massage her for longer without my hands hurting.
