This telephone is so clear and sounds great compared to some other brands! Very little background noise and is ergonomic and just comfy to hold. The color works great for the room it is in and has an easy install process! Would buy again but the first one is already perfect!!

The phone does not work. Very cheaply made. You can not mount it to the wall easily either.

Cute phone , but haven’t been able to mount as there’s no recessed portion in the back like most wall mount phones so you can plug it into a wall mount face plate .The back of the phone is flat so can’t mount it over typical wall mount jack , looking for a recessed faceplate with mounting for phone but so far phones sitting on counter unusable.

Not impressed with the quality of the product especially the mount option

The phone looked good when it came in the mail. I had to return it. I could not hang it up on the wall, holes did not match metal wall plate, it had a bad background buzzing noise, missing parts to hang. The big problem I'm having with the return now is after returning this item I still have not received my refund. This is the first time I had to wait for a refund. Cust. ser. told me i will have to wait until the 12th of next month for the refund on a gift card!! Amazon received this phone on the 12th of March.

This phone is loud and clear (but the volume doesn't seem to be easily diminished). And the cord is quite short and cannot be exchanged with a longer one because of how it connects into the hand set.

The phone is pretty but not usable. I bought it on March 24th and by May 1st it would not reliably work. I would be returning this but the return/refund window has closed for my order. Sadly it is pretty much useless as a phone.
