Overall these splitters appear to be fairly good quality. I have not tested to near full rated capacity, though I've had no problem so far at up to 600W draw combined across the 4 ends. I've noticed no thermal issues on the cables.As for the product itself, the plug ends appear to be injection molded and the cable jacket appears to be thick and should be durable. Plugging items into the 4 ends is painless, and the bit of resistance I've noticed, leads me to believe the plugs will maintain good contact with whatever is plugged in to them.

I have a lot of equipment to plug in for my aquariums, and even with the large tower surge protectors, I run out of outlets. I purchased similar ones to these a couple years ago, and with some new equipment added recently, found that I needed more. You may want to open your package as soon as you get it to air it out for a few minutes. The smell of rubber (?) was incredible. And also to let them "relax" a bit from being folded into the packaging. Other than that, they are a great product.

This is a perfect answer for all those little 'wall wart' adapters that clog up power strips.My only beef with them is that they are a little too stiff. But that is a byproduct of the heavy gauge wire they are constructed from, so its really a plus in that it is safe to run higher loads through them. It just makes uncurling them difficult.Why didn't we have these 30 years ago in the Commodore 64 era???!??

Very well made power splitters (I call them squids and that's what I searched for on Amazon). I needed to plug several small power adapters into one outlet and these made it possible to connect several of them without blocking the other outlets on a power strip. They come in different number of splits but this 4-way was the most convenient for my purposes. It was nice they come in a 3 pack because I have used them all in different rooms in my house.

With lots of stuff plugged into the UPS and all the over sized power warts that go along with the other odds an ends a power strip or three is just takes up too much room. One thing I would like to see is a splitter with a built-in on-off switch for use with the multiple usb chargers for the phones, speakers, bluetooth, etc. Each line would need less than 2A capacity (I would guess) so it could be quite a bit less bulky. Oh Yah - and a 4 foot length from the base of the Y...

This set of plugs makes putting up lights so much easier.

Most (all?) power strip manufacturers ignore the fact that device chargers/adapters -- for speakers, cell phones, USB hubs, etc -- cannot be plugged in without covering over at least one other socket on the power strip, making half the power strip sockets inaccessible. These "splitters' enable use of EVERY socket on my power strips, and the adapters dangle out of sight. Very nice!
