I've been using this product for a few years now. It is very effective in providing symptomatic relief of nasal congestion caused by allergy, or the common cold. Other people have used this product on my recommendation, and they too find it effective. The product dissolves easily in lukewarm water. I'd advise new users to use a weaker solution until they are used to the cleansing action - it can cause some temporary, slight irritation if you use too strong a solution, or if your sinuses are really sensitive.
