Struggled
First off I had to pay (rather contribute $$) to get the trainer put together, then after the excitement of it looking like the non descriptive directions faded because our bike wheel did coordinate we decided to return. After rigorous disassembley and getting it back to original packaging then driving to the post office to find out the return was more than the cost of purchase. I’m stuck with this thing, hopefully when we are willing to start all over again this product will work for us. Recommendation read fully before you buy not compatible with all bikes and if you are not someone who can put things together easily do not purchase.

Great trainer at any price ... Just happens to be inexpensive.
Great bike trainer! Rugged. Light weight. Easy to set up. Quiet. Can easily watch tv while riding. The "remote" for resistance works great in conjunction with changing gears to get a great workout. One suggestion: if you don't already have one, get an electronic odometer so you can keep track of your distance. Overall : terrific value!

poor quality
The plastic caps that go on the axle broke the first time I mounted the bike on the trainer causing the bike to fall over. The resistance is very irregular not a smooth motion. I contacted seller and got no response. The trainer now sits in the corner where it will go unused.

Does the job at a great price
May be a little more tension than I’ve previously experienced but it’s very adjustable to good value for money.

Easy to install.
If you live in the country and your standard bicycle justs sits and gathers dust you have to get this stand. I have it on my back porch and have been riding my bike so much more then before. It was easy to install, a few minutes and it was ready to use.
