Works great and fits the YJ great too.

Quality, heavy gauged plastic ‘pod’ with acoustic material and two (bagged) self taping metal screws with rubberized oversized flat washers and instructions - if needed.Would buy again and/or recommend.Worked great for my application; stock 76 CJ7 with a manual gearbox. Pod matched the uncarpeted floor contour perfectly (if your heater box has the optional, plastic floor outlet deflector, it will touch and cover the lower portion a bit - I will just place painted, HVAC tape over the front of the deflector (to prevent air output from blasting in my pod) and it should direct more air in the footwells)They provide the self tappers to secure the pod to/through your floor, NOT. I used a shitload of quality hoop and loop self adhesive tape (Velcro), which works fine for keeping it in place for average to spirited driving, theft is another story.I cut the speaker holes larger for my suggested, 6.5 inch marine, coaxle speakers with attached filters/crossovers. The plastic walling is thick enough to securely mount the speakers, directly in the pod. (I didn’t use the provided speaker mounting metal clips, screw retainers. The clip retainers are too shallow and would require me to remove more pod material - This is a fault on Polk Audio.)I used heavy gauged wire which barely fit through the pre-drilled speaker wire routing hole ( I had to remove the provided rubber grommet, I’ll just caulk it) Personally I think a grommet or two in different sizes, should be provided. And the installer drills the hole where they want it.I wish a bit more acoustical fiber would have been provided, you certainly don’t want to pack it in, but I wish I had a bit more.When the transfer case is placed in 4H the shifter is very close to my speaker grills, it may even hit during very spirited situations - I may have chosen a shallower speaker grill/profile than the Polk Audio DB651. Or I may look at gaining space to move the pod closer to the firewall by removing/altering my air deflector.I’ve added a few images.Once again a quality product, that worked great for my application. I would buy again.

Fits my CJ5 very nice. Helped to add more sound which is needed in an open jeep. Very good quality, easy installation.

Smaller than expected, but works ok. Had to modify to fit speakers, but kind of expected that. Works as should.

Great fit in my 1989 CJ7. It only took a few minutes with a jigsaw and dremel tool to make some 6” Sony Marine speakers fit perfectly. The sound quality is surprisingly good and it helps that the box comes with some poly fill material to put in behind the speakers.

Very nice build quality and features the filling inside to provide better sound. Includes the 2 screws to mount onto the transmission tunnel of the Jeep.

I put the pod in when I changes out my dash and I was amazed at the difference in the exact same speakers I had in my dash. The sound is so much clearer and has a lot more depth. Installation was easy since I put a 5 speed in my CJ7 which moved the shifter back 10 inches. Easy to install and sound great - highly recommended!

Fit great in my 1970 f100! I went with 6.5 pioneers so I had to enlarge the opening holes a bit, which was easily done with a jig saw and dremel. Took about 10 minutes to install.
