Talk about taste! DAAAAANG!
Please feel free to read the hundreds of other reviews on this product, as they will provide you with invaluable information. However, it good to note that this product comes with Branched-chain amino acids, Glutamine peptides, is Aspartame free and stacks with a bunch of supplements. For the record however, I am going to voice my opinion solely on flavor in contrast to MYOFUSION Vanilla flavor. To be fair, I got MYOFUSION's vanilla flavor because I read the rather decrepit reviews of the other flavors. Being a college student and investing in 5 lb tubs every month means you better LOVE the flavor that you end up picking (however to GNC's credit, they do offer a 30 day trial and return period). In all honesty, the vanilla flavor was pretty decent. MYOFUSION lacks the aforementioned BCAA's, and from what I recall, each scoop is about 36g/ serving. Its good and flavor wise beat out GNC's generic whey protein, or even Warrior whey. So I read up reviews about BSN Syntha 6 and was shocked about how many positive reviews it got; specifically the chocolate version. Needless to say once I ran out of MYOFUSION, I quickly ordered Syntha-6. I received the item today, and couldn't wait to try it out (even though today is an 'off' day for me). Based solely on flavor and taste alone, I CANNOT stress how amazing it is with just a dash of 1% skim milk (less than half a cup). I mean it truly tastes like Chocolate milk. There is a creamy like texture, but not too thick (also depends on how much fluids you add obviously). Each heaping scoop is a mighty 44g (22g protein, 15g carbs, 2g sat fat, 2g sugars) and equates to 200 calories per! So be careful and make sure all your nutrient intake numbers play well with your goals; please read other reviews as well, and be sure to look at the product snapshot to get a gauge of the nutrients packed into this monster. I look forward to trying BSN for this whole month and seeing for any positive results when it comes to weight training. This thing is packed to the brim with nutrition and flavor; I cannot see why anyone would ignore this if you have a remote and passing interest in physical activity. For roughly $42, I can't imagine something that meets my nutrient requirements, balances cost, and doesn't skimp on the taste. AMAZING! p.s. This and the Blenderball (for mixing) are a marriage made in heaven!

Worth the purchase
This is a great product and taste pretty darn good to boot. We’ve purchased both Chocolate and Vanilla and have been pleased with both!

Delicious protein
Our go to protein drink. It’s affordable and goes well with fruit and oat milk in a blender. After a work out yo help muscles recover. The size is huge and it lasts for over a month. It taste great, at as per all whey products expect a little tooting!!! It also dissolves well in a blender.

Tastes Great, But Macros/Calories are Questionable
This is a very good tasting protein powder, and it digests well for me. (I have had big problems with a few protein powders.) It mixes very easily with no lumps, and with whole milk, it tastes more like melted ice cream than a protein shake. The biggest downside is that there is no indication of how much of each protein is in this. It's whey and casein, but in what ratio? It would be good to know so I can judge how to best use it. Also, the calorie count is sus. If you add up the calories from fat, carbs, and protein, it comes to 169, but the label says 190. So I am really questioning what is going on there. It's too far off the just be rounding error. Also the 6 g. fiber is way higher than almost every protein powder I have ever seen, so that's a little sus also. I would say I just don't believe the label at all. It has a lower protein content than most protein powders, especially compared to all-whey powders. Around 52% of the calories are from protein. (Again, using the calculated calories, not the 190 on the label which cannot be correct.) Compare this to ~75% for typical wheys like Optimum Gold Standard, 70% for Ghost, and up to 90% for Transparent Labs. Overall, this is a lower-nutrition (or unknown nutrition) protein powder, but it tastes great and mixes well. If you are going for a bulk, this is a good breakfast protein booster. It seems to also be pretty good for post-workout and decent for bedtime snack, but that's where having the whey/casein ratio would really help determine where it fits best. I will most likely not buy it again due to the lower protein content and unknown protein ratios. Also note that the scoop does not hold 47 grams. I am seeing about 35 grams for a level scoop. Getting to 47 grams requires piling it so high that some inevitably falls on the countertop during prep. With a level scoop, you are getting only ~17 grams protein.

Too notch
I’ve been using this protein powder since 2009 and it’s the only one that still tastes the same as it did back in 09. Highly recommend, mixes great and you get 10lbs instead of 5 for a pretty reasonable price . Chocolate is the best flavor.

Very good product I highly recommend.
I've been using this for about 1 year after being recommended to me by my brother in law. It does have a good taste and seems to help. I mix it with milk because the idea of chocolate water doesn't sound very enticing. My only negative comment is that it doesn't seem to mix very well or should I say easily with just a spoon or a shake bottle. I have a hand mixer but it's not worth the time to use it then clean it. But I highly recommend this.

Best protein powders I’ve ever tried!
The Mint Chocolate Chip Cold Stone Edition Syntha-6 is hands down one of the best-tasting protein powders I’ve ever tried in over two decades of using supplements. I mix one scoop with a cup of Fairlife Fat-Free Lactose-Free Milk in a shaker, and the result is incredibly smooth and creamy — it genuinely reminds me of a Baskin-Robbins mint chocolate milkshake. At around 200 calories per scoop, you can tell where that rich flavor comes from. It’s slightly on the pricier side, but absolutely worth it. The entire Cold Stone Syntha-6 line delivers outstanding taste and texture.
