This is an Excellent Multi Vitamin. We had been taking a Much More Expensive multi vitamin, but saw such great recommendations for Life Extension (We had used this brand a very long time ago when it was only available at Professionals' Offices) that We decided to give it a try. Best Decision in Our Supplement Routine recently🙌 It is smooth enough to take at Bedtime 🥱🛌 for maximum absorption recommended by Our Health Care Provider. Great choice.. A bit too big for me to swallow. Will purchase 2 times/day (smaller size pill)

Wonderful vitamin for those like me who can't have a vitamin with iron in it (i have hemacromatosis which causes me to store excess iron) it's hard to find quality vitamins without. It does taste like a multivitamin so don't be suprised and does have a pungent odor. I take these daily and they help alot. Dont be suprised when the b-12 makes your pee bright yellow though it just means you absorbed as much as you could and excreted the rest.

I feel better when I take methylated folate and methylated B12. I also have to take vitamin D to keep my levels up. I've been taking those three in addition to a standard multivitamin for about a year.The doses are a bit smaller, but this multivitamin contains everything I want in a single pill. I've ditched the pill organizer and just keep the one single bottle on the counter. I usually need 5000IU Vitamin D to keep my levels up, but we'll see if I can get by with the 2000IU this contains.

I was looking for a methylated multi vitamin that wasn’t going to break the bank to add to my supplements. it is a larger pill (see picture next to a quarter), so if you have a hard time swallowing large pills, this may not be the one for you. It also has a pretty strong taste of a multivitamin, but I don’t mind the taste, and is what I would expect from a high quality vitamin.

I think Life Extention is one of the best vitamin companies. I feel like I received good value for the price.

These supplements are high quality and easy to take.

I have tried a few multivitamins and I will say that the price for these is good for what you get. They include a lot of each ingredient which is good because your body don't absorb that much. I only gave this product 3 stars because it would make me feel nauseous sometimes and when I would go to the bathroom, I have never had much yellow and smelly urine (TMI I know). I know that is the extra vitamins getting expelled from my body, but I wish it wasn’t as bad because I would buy more.
