My wife uses it for her whole crack wheat bread and eat I it for breakfast cooking it like oatmeal it reminds me of a breakfast cereal my Grandma used to make me it was called Zoom for those of us can remember mmmm!!

Cracked wheat
This product is hard to find locally so I was glad I found it on Amazon. It is fresh. I would recommend it. I just wish it was packaged in smaller size.

Definitely not COARSE, tastes ok, might be good for making bread
This is quite finely ground, and is not coarse, when compared to the Duru brand, the gold standard in my book, which is available here on Amazon. Also, apparently Fada, as this is marked, is not really the same as bulgur (which I didn't know), being uncooked in its preparation, whereas my understanding is that bulgur is boiled during preparation before being cracked into smaller pieces. And lastly, this brand does not include cooking instructions as does Duru. I can never remember the ratio of water to bulgur when cooking, so it is a pain to have to go look it up each time using this.
