Bought these for my daughter who has been struggling on and off with heel pain due to Severs disease. She plays soccer and the cleats were really bothering her heel. They don't have a lot of cushion and some fields aren't very soft. We tried the little gel cushions but those made her heel to high in the cleat and it would slip out and drive her crazy. She also wears orthotics in her cleats which adds extra space as well. Purchased a pack of these and they work. She loves the cushion without the added height. It makes running a lot more comfortable for her. She has some sensory sensitivity, so I was worried the sock might bother her where it cuts off midway under her foot. It has not been an issue at all. She didn't even really mention it. She has been wearing them for about 6 months a few days a week during soccer. They were starting to show some wear, so I ordered another pack, just so they're ready to go if she needs them. Super happy with our purchase

Works great for my 8 year old, competitive soccer player! My son was complaining about heel pain after wearing cleats. We tried 5 different insoles and heel support inserts. None of them fit well or stayed in place with his soccer socks... Finally I found this option. They worked! No more heel pain, stays in place under soccer socks. Supports heels without lifting heel to high that it slips out of the cleat.

I bought these for my son when he was having some heel pain after soccer. He thought the were comfortable and helped. Not too thick so they still fit in his shoes. He liked that they stayed in place vs the gel heel insoles we tried. The seam on one did unravel after about 4 months of abuse but I would guess we are not using them per the intended design. Walking and running with them on was easy. All-in-all I would recommend and would buy again.

I actually went back in my orders to review these. I know everyone will have a different experience but these are wonderful! These are what finally stopped my daughters foot pain. I tried all kinds of lotions, foot rubs, soaks, pain reliever, natural pain relievers, essential oils, slippers, thick socks, like literally everything. But these “heels” just make her feet feel better. We call them her heels, she puts them on and they give her green gum ball power... she’s 3 lol... but they give her heels the cushion they need for her to carry on with her day. They can go under socks, over socks, all alone. They can go in shoes. And I thought I’d have to wash them separately, like line dry them, take extra laundry care to them but nope! They actually do better when you throw them in with the plain old carefree laundry wash and dry.

After reading the reviews for this product, I ordered them for my 10 year old son, who has Severs Apophisitis. He could feel a difference right away, and he has been complaining far less about his foot pain. However, within a week and a half of receiving them, there was already a hole in the gel. I was expecting them to last longer than that. Maybe we just got a defective one, but I was hoping for better quality. After writing this review, the company sent us a replacement along with a bonus. It speaks volumes to their great customer service and the fact that they stand behind their product. I’m hoping the gel won’t get any holes this time around!

Bought this for my 10-year old gymnast who is dealing with Sever's disease and it has made a huge difference. This is our second time treating heel pain and I wish I would have found this sooner. Last time, nothing would help except staying off of it so she missed practices. Using this heel pad, she had 2 "modified" workouts and then was back to her normal routine. This doesn't "fix" anything so you still need to deal with the injury (stretching and ice) but it provides comfort and she barely notices her heel is sore at all. It must be comfortable, she wears it all the time.

My son is a tournament basketball player and will play 3-6 games a weekend. After game 1 - he was limping because he heels hurt so badly. First time he wore these socks he was fine after game 1, game 2 and game 3! It's amazing. I also didn't realize you get 2 pairs of socks so that was like a bonus! I hand wash and let air dry so we don't damage the heal pads. Highly recommend - great product.

My son wears his every day. He loves it, and it's definitely helped his severs. YES, as the reviews state, they are NOT durable. They do come unraveled easily and the gel can peel away. I realized all my mistakes with the first pair, but i bought the 2 pack, so the second pair, i treated better. When you wash, you need to hand wash OR I use the tiny laundry bags (the super tiny tiny ones, so it doesn't get moved around too much). I just put them in there. My son wears them outside of his socks, so they don't usually get super stinky dirty. When they do get super dirty, i just handwash so i can scrub them really good. Otherwise, the washing in the little laundry bag is good. i wash them every other week, i really wouldn't do more than that (if you bought the 2 pack, you can just rotate). You have to treat them very delicately, like you would your dress clothes. As long as you go into the purchase knowing that, you'll be fine. Again, worth it. My son says they help a lot. He won't leave the house without them. If your child has a bad case of severs (as my son does), this alone isn't enough for when they do their big activities, but this is perfect for their daily wear, like school and just hanging around at friends. This won't replace your inserts for sports though.

heel soreness

Defo helps my 8-year boy with severes disease. He can easily pop it on over or under his socks, especially in football games. But pricey, as if you buy direct from USA it’s half the price. But it’s a great solution for on/off as needed. I’ve got a couple so he can have them in multiple sports and school bags.

Didn’t do much to help our son’s heel pain for soccer. Tried another product that worked better for him.

Absolutely fantastic product. My son had severs desease in his heels and these corrected that and allowed for them to heal correctly whilst still continuing to play football. I was sceptical at first and thought it was a lot to pay but they were were every penny. They fit perfect and provided great cushioning for the heel and provided much needed pain relief.

These are brilliant! My son hurt his heel badly in football and these little gel heel socks have helped enormously. He is now able to play sports again with them on under his socks without feeling any discomfort or pain. Definitely recommend!!!
