I have been ordering Lavazza for years and this one is definitely my go to favorite! I try and wait for the deal that includes >3 bags because we drink so much coffee.. this coffee is deliciously aromatic, so tasty and creamy with a nice bold quality! Truly addictive.

The Lavazza beans are great, but Amazon sent the wrong item (decaf grounds) initially. The first support agent promised a price adjustment but failed to follow through. I had to follow up 5 days later to get it resolved. Thanks to the second agent, Mark, for finally fixing it. Good coffee, but be prepared to jump through hoops if they mess up your order.

Good for chocolaty shot of espresso. its written medium toast but it's darker than medium hence taste is strong and bold. very bad for Americano but good for blind espresso or for milk based drink
