Awesome rack. Well constructed. Just the right size for my space. Good price and straightforward installation.

This is a nice storage rack and is very well made. The installation was kind if hard so if you are not extremely handy I would hire it out. I like the shelf decking being a wire mesh because you can see what is being stored from underneath and you can use your fingers to push through it to move the boxes.

Bought one unit and was impressed with the quality of the item so I bought two more for the garage in our new house with 9 foot ceilings. Some had a bolt or screw missing and extra screws and bolts. Used extras from one to to provide for missing ones in others. Not easy to install unless you have some degree of skill. Instructions were okay for knowledgeable person. I was able to install by myself. A useful but missing dimension in the instructions is the shelf depth distance between ceiling bolts. For the 2 foot deep shelves this is 23 inches. Once you know this the effort is reduced. Our contractor has impressed with these and asked for information about them. I would definitely buy again if I need more storage in the garage.

The racks themselves are quite easy to put together. The instructions are adequate but the pictures could be better. The challenge is getting those brackets mounted on the ceiling. I was up over 10 ft, in a couple of corners, and measuring was tough. Once you get those up, the rest is a breeze. Racks are solid and well constructed.

Ok product, terrible customer service. Wouldn't match the price discount they had on their site after providing receipt. Charged more for the same rack. The rack itself is hard to install the long beams, they would just not want to slide in place.

Great product, sturdy and as advertised. I am not a handyman, but was able to install the shelving with not too much of a problem. Shelf holds a lot of items off the garage floor and is adjustable! Good price.

It's easy to assembly and available to hang heavy stuff… Great storage capacity.

This is a very sturdy product. However, it is not that easy to assemble / install. You need to find ceiling beams or add a wood member above the ceiling to support it properly. I managed to install it on my own, but you would be better off with assistance. Have to well plan out where you will put it as need proper ceiling support. Well worth the effort, just be ready to take your time to install.
