So cute! And high quality has lots of ideas of what to fill it with and cute stationary to write letters to ur self, or to ur kid. I wish it was air tight and I could bury it. But those are so expensive and honestly who knows if we will still live here in 18 years. This is like a metal lunch box great for storing in the attic or closet. Cant wait to open it. Edit: in 18 yrs lol

Kids loved it
I ordered this for a little boy that I watch. We are taking a few weeks to work on it. I plan to include a letter and a savings bond and he will get to open it on his Graduation day. The booklet has prompts for the children to answer. It also has a few smaller blank pieces that others can write a letter on.

Time capsule for my 9 year old.
I love this time capsule box, I purchased it for my son who was in 3rd grade when this pandemic started. It’s really cool I love that it has stationary papers for friends and family to write him a message for him to read in the future.

Does not ship well.
The product is nice but not very sturdy and IF Amazon decides (as they did even when I reordered the item) to not add any packing material, your product will be dented and ruined. Otherwise, it would have been a lovely gift for my grandchildren.

Love the idea !
I didn’t open it because it was a gift for a coworkers kids, but I was very pleased with the way they looked on the outside. So cute!

Good for younger children.
This was a good product that I would order again. Used for a project with my young elementary grandchildren. Ordered 2 at separate times, one had a dent on bottom of metal container, otherwise were as described.

Good Fun
Bought these for my granddaughters (10 & 12). They liked them quite a bit. Threw in a 32 gb flash drive so they can place music, videos, photos, etc. Not sure you could bury them without taking special steps, but certainly a nice gift.
