My experience with this company.
I have read several of the reviews about this Exfoliating Loofah Back Scrubber and Problems that have occurred. My experience with a broken part was completely different from a few of the others. The person that I exchanged emails with was extremely helpful and responsive to my request. I needed to replace a broken part on one of the scrubber’s legs and Luffoliate sent it to me without a charge. My back scrubber attaches better on some of my tile than others in my home. It attaches great in my shower and I’m very pleased with it. Thank you for your help.

Great idea, monster in size
Wow, this is huge and very well made. Unfortunately, it didn't stick to my shower tile, but it worked great for a friend of mine. I returned mine and will be on the lookout for something like it without the size or weight perhaps.

Rip off - This doesn't work
I tried contacting the company with no resolution. I have not been able to use this. After finally putting it up in my shower, it will not stay stuck to wall and is useless. I purchased for my boyfriend who has muscular dystrophy and has a hard time lifting his arms and reaching his back, however, we have not been able to use it as intended.

Never have been so impressed.
I LOVE how easy it was to set up. I placed it on my back after removing the plastic piece on the suction, backed up, and it stuck in place on the shower wall. I noticed when I secured it the first time, I didn’t put enough weight into securing them! So make sure you do. It comes with a spray bottle-which is nice but most body washes are too thick for it to spray out of the nozzle. All I did was add a little water and I was good to go. I absolutely LOVE this, great money spent. I could spend all day in the shower washing my back.

Good for most
I honestly bought this as a joke. My husband loved it. We have tile in our shower and the only bad thing is, it wouldn’t stay on the wall with the included suction cups.Great for large men. Great quality!

Awesome Scrubber
Attaches snugly to shower wall and feels wonderful on hard to reach back area. Well worth the price. Glad I purchased it.

Won't stay on the wall.
I was really excited and thought it is such a great idea. Even though it seems to be a good quality product and a great idea, it just didn't function the way it supposes to. I tried it on several different areas in my shower ( our tiles are smooth and clean) but it just would hold for long and fell off. No matter how attached it seemed first. Bummer. I hope this company will find a way to fix this error.
