The media could not be loaded. I have use this rebot cleaner for a month and I wound recommend it to every household !! It is easy to operate and save a lot of time to clean the windows. My house has three large windows that is about 16 feet high. Before that I have trouble to reach that high and not easy to clean the window. But with this cleaner, cleaning window is a piece of cake. The good thing about this cleaner is it comes with remote control. So you can control the robot wherever you want to clean. What a Great product!!...

This machine does well what it was designed to do, as long as you don't have unreasonable expectations. It does a perfect job picking up dust and fingerprints. It will not pick up anything stuck to the windows. It will not remove hardened deposits that accumulate on the outside of your windows when you don't wash them for prolonged periods of time. In will not remove stuck-on and dried out food. (That happens when you have small kids in the house... don't judge!) This machine is a great tool to help you maintain your windows in clean condition. It was not designed for and will not do your annual window cleaning for you. In this way, it's similar to other types of cleaning robots out there, and if you have one you probably know what I mean. A Roomba is great for day-to-day maintenance of your floors, but it won't replace your heavy duty vacuum, much like this machine won't replace a microfiber cloth and some elbow grease.To use this robot you spray some cleaning solution on ONE of its the cleaning discs, turn it on, hold it to a window and select one of the cleaning programs on the remote. There is also an app that can turn your smartphone into a remote, but I haven't tried it yet as the remote it came with seems to work just fine. Note that the robot does not come with a cleaning solution, only with an empty spray bottle. I use a roughly 1:10 dilution of water and vinegar and that works pretty well. I highly recommend you use water and vinegar as it's a very cost-effective, environmentally-friendly and kid and pet-safe way to wash your windows. It also leaves no streaks when used with this robot. You only need a couple of sprays per one side of one window according to the manual. Having said that, I sometimes spray a few more times since the disc seems to be completely dry by the time it finishes the window if you only do two sprays and I found that even with a more saturated disc it rarely slips and only slightly so when it does. I've had no problems it it detaching from the window due to slipping.This robot has three cleaning programs that presumably make it follow a different path when cleaning the window. In reality, this robot is smart enough to figure out how to cover the whole surface of the window regardless of where you place it on the window and what program you select. While I wouldn't mark this machine down for providing extra options, I do feel like this is one area where it has been over-engineered. The remote contains buttons for selecting the cleaning mode, but they are unfortunately not very well labeled. This adds confusion to operating an otherwise well-build robot (though this is only a problem the first time you're trying to use it). I didn’t think it would but it still works after almost two years, used once a month and windows and a very large wall mirror. One or twice a year, I do outside of windows too.Never had a problem!You need to change the pads, wash them when they are getting a bit dark around edges. Don’t put a lot of glass cleaner product and use the ones without streaking magic ingredients.

It is a fantastic product of automation. Easy to use and can leave it alone when it’s cleaning; it’s just like my robot vacuum cleaning the floor. A handy mobile App can easily control it. The price is acceptable as long as you think about the time it saves you.

I bought another brand for twice the money that I returned. Had my doubts on this one. It works great. Once used for couple of hours so we'll see.
