Very good and much better than liquid iv

I love this product. It comes in a small packet and you add it to 16 Oz of water and drink. Make it ahead of time and put it in the Refrigerator to chill. It is convenient, effective, and tastes good too! I sent a box to my disbled brother in Eugene because he felt dehydrated in the hot weather. Now he says he loves it! He mixes it up in the morning, cools it, and enjoys a drink when it hot.

These work well for anyone who is prone to fatigue during or just after a workout. My husband adds these to his water bottle on hot days golfing or when hiking. The flavors aren't bad either. However, it would be ideal if they also made the zero sugar variety in these packets too. I haven't been able to find that. These have sugar. As so many people know now, pedialyte is also great for hangovers... funny, but true.

For my hurricane kit

I was having a hard time getting my mom to drink liquids. She would get light headed and was weak. After getting these, I have no problem. She loves the taste and asks for refills. Well worth the money to keep a loved one hydrated.
