Update a week later: I want to say several days later I have thought about this product again and became yet again upset by how inferior it is and how ripped off I feel because of it. This is an absolute do not buy.I have used 3 other brands of smart plugs without issue. This product is just outright garbage, even the app is poorly made. The product feels like a hollow, cheap knock off from China for starters. But it’s also literally impossible to connect. The instructions as you to do something that the product isn’t even capable of (hold until the light flashes twice a second—it doesn’t) but even when you get it into pairing mode the product won’t pair with anything. In the app you can’t directly select the plug because in their extended list of items they didn’t bother to include this one specifically, so you have to pick what is closest to it. There is no confirmation that the device has been found by your phone or connected to your phone in advance of pairing. It’s just total trash. The manufacturer should be ashamed of this half-hearted attempt at a smart plug. Utterly embarrassing compared to the rest of the market. An absolute DO NOT BUY.

The first set I bought was so easy to set up, and worked without any delay time, that I ended up buying more. Zero issues setting them up and linking to our Alexa. I originally bought a set to turn on a table lamp and our Christmas tree, which we use with Alexa, and then bought the other set to replace mechanical timers. The instructions did seem like they might have been directly translated from Chinese, but you get enough of a clue to make it work without taxing your brain. All in all, very pleased with this purchase and probably buying more, or maybe their light switches to test out. The fact they are WiFi and don't require a hub is a big plus for me.

These were super easy to get setup on my iPhone. The instructions were simple and and app is straightforward. The only thing I didn’t like is that you can set up an ON/OFF schedule (which is awesome) but for some reason, my schedule keeps disappearing. I’ll make the schedule on my app and it works for a few days but then the lights don’t turn on/off so I go to the app and the “schedule” section is empty. Everything still works it just doesn’t keep my info on the schedule.

I have been trying to make my home smarter on a budget and these did the trick for two of my lamps in the house. They have been extremely reliable and were a cinch to install. My only complaint is that they are rather large and and round so they block adjacent outlets. If they could have been streamlined or configured into a rectangle shape instead they would have gotten a full 5 stars from me.

These plugs were easy to connect to app, wifi and Alexa. Once I connected all plugs to the app it was easy to control them. Then I connected one to Alexa and they all connected to Alexa through the app. I even changed the name on the app for one plug and it automatically was recognized by Alex for voice command. I use the plugs for my grow lights and one plug for my water heater recirculation hot waster pump. I am ordering more to control more grow lights and fans. Highly recommend as the app is easy to use.

Don’t waste your money - I followed (over and over again) the instructions to configure these outlets with the SmartLife app - doesn’t work, and customer support is non-existent. Too bad.

It was not on choice of device box for set up. Called help center and from then on it was easy to install with there help! I m an old guy so if I can do it so can you!

Excellent product. Pairs well with Alexa and it's great to have two of these. Highly recommended. Good price too!
