You should mention that you will need to add support for the middle.Too bad you can’t fold it up from the middle when not I’m usedAlso you should have a lip at both end so it a smoother transition from the hard floor to the ramp

Great option for wheelchair/scooter mobility
A well-designed, sturdy, ramp for wheel chairs and scooters. For carrying, this 8 foot ramp folds in fourths that are secured by a pin system and has a well balanced handle. It's weight of around 50 pounds means that the transport person needs to be fairly strong to move the ramp into position; but the weight insures that the ramp is a steady secure pathway to wheeled mobility.

Slip proof?
Well, the non-skid surface melted in the sun. Now it is a tangled mess which I have to peel off of the ramp and throw away. The ramp itself is not as sturdy as I would wish, but it will suffice to get my husband out onto the deck.

Non-Skid covering poor quality
With 2 weeks the non-skid covering was buckling and damaged, it nothing more that a thin sticker on the metal. We paid extra for this feature and it did not hold up for a month. While this does fold up for transport, the ramp is heavy and still too long for most vehicles. We will not buy from this company in the future.

really 600?
Received our ramp today and tried it out. This is the flimsiest piece of aluminum I have ever worked with. Less than half the weight limit caused the ramp to twist and slump. not very sturdy at all. Feels like they used the lightest piece of metal they could. Would not recommend this ramp to anyone else.
