This is a great product with so much nutrients. I used to make beetroot drinks from fresh. Now I make my drinks from powder which save a lot of time. It is soluble. The taste remains the same. I normally drink with cocoa powder and almond milk before workout. I feel great and beetroot helps to improve my blood flow and inflammation.

Delivery was great and the taste is pleasant. It dissolves pretty well. But, it's too soon to speak about it's benefits. I'll update it in a few weeks. Thanks

Arrived on time and tastes great. I returned one jar I had bought at the big box store because it had sucrose in it and it was like trying to drink liquid rock candy it was so sweet. Gross! This tastes great just a hint of real beat, earthy flavor. I mix it with orange juice and it tastes great. I can drink this once a day. Takes a lot of stirring to get dissolved but I will order this again.

Excellent ingredients and flavor.

This product works very well when it’s mixed with pomegranate. It’s a real booster tester on booster for men. I love it.

THIS IS A REVISED REVIEW: This page doesn't allow separate reviews of the red and green versions of this product. I would give the RED ***** five stars, and the GREEN ** (two stars). So, I split the difference. FIRST, THE RED: I have used Trader Joe's Super Green and Super Red for years, but they ran out of both so... KOS Organic Reds is a grate replacement and has similar ingredients, which are also organic. The flavor is pretty good; I would normally avoid flavors in such a supplement for my shakes, but this one is just about right and doesn't overtake the natural flavors of the frozen berries I use. In addition, the price is reasonable. I recommend giving KOS Organic Reds a chance. It has enough flavor to taste good in a simple mix (say, only almond or coconut milk) or in a full-on frozen-fruit, meal-replacement shake. THE GREEN: To be fair, the green version of this product would get five stars if it did not contain MINT. The flavor of mint is not suitable for all types of shakes or other purposes. The greens used in this mix (with the exception of mint) are relatively neutral. I generally buy unflavored meal replacement powders (Vega One or Garden of Life Fit) because I like the flavor of frozen fruit rather than added vanilla or chocolate or (God help us) mint. I will stick with the red version in the future . . . at least until the Super Green and Super Red become available again at Trader Joe's.

I add this powder to my morning smoothies. I can't really think of another use for it. I like that it boosts nitric oxide. Note that this is not freeze dried so a lot of the nutrients don't survive. In general, freeze dried powders retain about 95% of the nutrients while dried or dehydrated powders generally retain about 60 to 65%. So you might need a little more. But the value is really good for the volume so that's okay.
