Steering is tight again
I got this to replace a arm i purchased from a local napa store. The napa arm was twice the cost and didn't last a week and had more slop in it than the old one.The moog I got from Amazon has been great. Still tight after 10,000 miles. Very happy with quality and I would purchase again if needed.

Having been in the Automotive repair and parts business for over 40 years, I am learning new tricks. I had no idea that I could buy excellent quality parts here on Amazon rather than using a normal parts house. Now I always compare prices before I buy my parts.

Direct Replacement
Great Moog quality, made in the USA! This fit my 99 Chevy Silverado 2500 4X4 perfectly. The steering on the truck had a ton of slop and I found the Idler and pitman arms were both worn out. The idler arm is fairly straightforward to change. Although, you will need a tie road splitter and a pitman arm puller for the pitman arm. I am very happy with the quality of this Moog part, and it is made in the USA! I wouldn't buy anything else, and neither should you.

Decent quality for price
Previous moog pitman arm lasted almost 200k miles. Replaced with another.

Good quality
This was a third of the price of Oreilly. Moog is good stuff. Mounting is a pain but it isn't the product or sellers fault. Have to drop the steering box. Also put in the idler arm and mount while I was at it. Incredible difference in the steering feel even though there was no tire wear.

2005 Hummer H2. Ordered Moog bracket and arm. Bracket wouldn't fit in mounting frame and Arm would go from loose to won't turn instantly. Went with AC Delco OEM for bracket/arm instead, which had neither of those problems.
