O'Neill Men's Epic 3/2mm Back Zip Full Wetsuit

Great value. I only need a wetsuit for about 3 weeks in late spring, when Lake Michigan is still very cold. I used it kayaking today with an air temp of 56 F and a water temp of 50 F. I was very comfortable with 3/2 thickness. Good seams, easy to put on and take off. I could see that it might not be as durable as needed for someone using it nearly every day all season long, but great for my purpose.

I recently purchased the O'Neill Men's Epic 3/2mm Back Zip Full Wetsuit, and it has been fantastic for my surfing sessions! The suit fits true to size and provides a snug, comfortable fit without feeling too tight. I am 6’ 195 lbs and I couldn’t decide between the L and XL. I went with the XL and it fits perfect, I wouldn’t want it any tighter. I’ve been watching this one for a while and Amazon had a 45% off deal on the XL so I ended up getting it for $120! If you’re right between sizes like I was, then I would go up.

Bought this for son’s football game. We were expecting very cold temperatures and this made more sense than the separate pieces that some of the big sports name brands offered and did a better job keeping my son warm the entire game. We used it for an alternate function but he said it worked very well. He was able to run, throw and move very well plus stay warm on a very cold night. Very satisfied.

I wanted a simple wetsuit that is easy to get in and out of and fits well. This fits perfectly, is stretchy and very comfortable. I'm 5/8 180lbs and the LS is a perfect fit.

I was very happy with this suit until it's seams started opening up at about, 1 month, 20 sessions. The seams are opening at the top of the left knee pad and in the left shoulder. My previous suit was an O'Neil, probably a better model. I still have it, it's worn out, it never had seams come apart after 3 years of use. I've bought several O'Neil suits and had no problems. I think I took very good care of this new suit. I rinsed it with fresh water and never left it to dry in the sun. I found I have to return it to O'Neil for inspection. I am in Mexico. Forget about returning my suit for inspection. I need my wetsuit to continue foil surfing. The cost of shipping it to Oneil from Mexico - Forget about that, more than what I paid for the suit. Soon I can change to a summer suit. I made a mistake buying this cheap wetsuit. I never buy another junk wetsuit. Junk wetsuits are a terrible thing for the planet and don't make sense for our wallets either. I'll find a good quality suit that will last a long time and pay a higher price. It's true, we get what we pay for.
