Extremely disappointing experience. I did not expect such poor quality from Bata. I wore the slippers only once, and they were already damaged. It feels like a complete waste of money. I strongly recommend purchasing from a physical store instead of buying slippers online

I purchased this product for my mother. She is always a big fan of BATA, tried to purchase the product online for the first time as my mother would never prefer especially when purchasing footwear. However when the product was delivered, she was amazed, the product quality was as expected. Size selected was a perfect fit. 99% perfect size, go for it. Nice product.
